Lately I’ve been really thinking about a body- and healthchange, which you might’ve seen on the blog too. More posts about food, health, inspiration, etc. I’m not sorry about those posts, and I hope there will be more of those, cause that will mean I’m keeping up with my fitness.
Today, like most days, I looked for inspiration on the internet. This time I specifically looked at people (bodies) that inspire me. I’m obviously realistic when it comes to what I’ll be able to achieve, but I also want to set the bar high for myself. I’m not expecting to look like Khloe Kardashian any time soon, however she is someone I’m very inspired by, and I would absolutely like to look like her if a genie would grant me my wish. I don’t know, it might not even be impossible, we’ll see. Never say never, right?
I also want to quickly point out that I’m aware that not all of these people (probably) are natural, however they still inspire me. And for example, if I kind of aim for a Nicki-body, it makes me work hard, and if I then end up with a Kylie-body, it will still be a banging body. See, I sort of want to have high expectations, I want to push myself.
You can also see I have mostly curvy women with great butts and legs. This does not mean that that is my only ideal. Obviously I would love to have been born with the Kendall Jenner set of genes. I was not though. I have these types of bodies as goals simply because I know what is even a slight possibility for me ti strive for. I know that my hips are too wide to have a Kendall body. I know that when I work out my legs it really shows, and I know that with a lot of work it could show up on my butt very well too. I just know all these factors about me that shape my goals and ideals.
What are some of your fitness-, body- or healthgoals? Are you working on it now or is it your resolution for 2016? xxx
