Inspired by Tanya Burr

Today when I did my makeup I kind of went with a bit of a throwback. When I started doing my makeup at like 12-13 years old, the trend was eyeliner under the eye (back then usually in the waterline). I know loads of people do it to this day too, but I just associate my early teens with that. One of the people who look great with eyeliner under the eyes is youtuber Tanya Burr.
